CBS is by national and international standards a strong institution with a distinctive ‘business university’ profile. Established in 1917, CBS is one of the largest business schools in Europe. CBS has more than 600 full-time researchers, 600 administrative employees and 20,000 students, of which 3,000 are international students from all over the world.

CBS has a very large annual output in terms of peer reviewed journal publications and an extensive cooperation with industry. We are one of the relatively-small number of business schools world-wide with ‘triple crown’ accreditation (AMBA, EQUIS and AACSB).

CBS is located in Frederiksberg, a pleasant residential neighbourhood in Copenhagen. The campus encompasses several modern buildings each in walking distance from each other and several connected through the metro line, which also provides easy direct access to the centre of Copenhagen and the airport.
